It is a traditional printing technique that involves transferring ink from a plate to a rubber blanket and then onto the printing surface, typically paper. The process of offset printing involves several steps. First, the content to be printed is transferred onto metal plates through a photographic process or computer-to-plate technology. These plates are then mounted onto cylinders on the printing press. Ink is applied to the plates, and it adheres to the image areas while being repelled by the non-image areas.
